Printing Instructions

To print most efficiently we suggest you print several slides on one page. Here are the instructions to do so.

If the document you want to print is a PDF:

·         Choose to print

·         Go to “page scaling”

·         Choose “multiple pages per sheet”

·         Choose the number of pages you want per sheet. (4 per sheet allows for clear reading and space for notes)

·         Click on “OK”

If the handout you want is a Power Point:

·         Choose to print

·         Under “Print What” choose handouts

·         Under “Handouts” choose the number of slides you want on a page. (3 per page allows for note taking.  6 fit well on a page, but there will not be space for notes)

·         Under Color/Gray Scale choose “black and white” which allows for less toner to be used and for easier reading.
